This is a set of balcony railings built for a building in historic down toen Kellogg, Id. The design is an original by David C Kailey. All of the scroll work is hand forged as well as a few of the other elements such as twists, S-scrolls....ect.

The copper rosettes were forged using an open die that was made by forging the original. Then hammering the original into a block of steel creating the die. 

Here the railing powder coated and the rosettes riveted in place.
